Paul Weller is much more well-known in his native England than in America, but stateside Oasis fans should still be familiar with the man who played guitar and sang backing vocals on "Champagne Supernova." The 56-year-old is best known for his work with The Jam, and he's apparently adamant that Noel Gallagher should not reform the UK's greatest modern rock outfit.

"He threatens me that if I ever go back in Oasis that'll be it between us," Gallagher told NME. "He always says 'You f---ing heard all these f---ing things about your f---ing reunion?' and I'm like, 'Yeah, I know' and he goes 'You're not f---ing do it?' and I'm like, 'No', and he's going 'Good good good'."

Gallagher jokingly (we hope) stated that there would be violent repercussions if a reunion actually happened.

"Basically, if Oasis ever did get back together, which is highly unlikely, I'd have to leave London and move back to Manchester... because he'd put my f---ing windows in," Gallagher said.

Oasis -- featuring Noah's brother, Liam, as well as Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock -- has not played together since disbanding in 2009.

"I don't see the appeal," Noah said last year. "If I close my eyes I don't see it happening. That's not to say that it never will. I've got a lot of things going on."

He is apparently still not on speaking terms with his brother.

"There's no problem," Noel said. "We don't speak to each other so there's no problem."

Fans can be sure of one thing: If a reunion actually does happen, Weller won't be chipping in.
