It's easy to forget how young some of our favorite performers are when they enter the music world. From Michael Jackson's Jack 5 debut at the age of 11, to Lorde's chart-topping single "Royals" at the age of 16, it doesn't take much life experience to make a splash in the music industry. Tuesdays Under 21 is a Music Times feature dedicated to bringing attention to talented musicians and performers under the age of 21. Who knows? They just might be the next big thing.

WHO: DJ Elle Morgan

WHERE: Houston, TX

AGE: 13

WHY: Between twerking and molly, there doesn't seem to be much room for junior involvement in the electronic music scene. DJ Elle Morgan (aka Ellisa Freeman) has to wait nearly eight years to even attend some of the clubs she's playing however. There's nothing amateur about her mixes however, as she combines progressive house and electro house into hour-long jams on her Soundcloud page.

Big boys in the industry have already given their approval as well: Steve Aoki and Borgore have voiced support for her music.

If you aren't impressed with her music alone, consider her business acumen. She aims to open a club at some point, she says, but that's tough right now, considering she can't legally drink. So for right now, she's taking advantage of her younger fan base by opening a nightclub for 9-15 year-olds at a local event center. Elle's House features pizza, soda and glowsticks, just no public displays of affection. It gives the kids and parents what they want, makes her a few bucks between gigs, and best of all: She's cultivating a future fan base.
