When Teresa Giudice turned herself in a few weeks ago to begin serving a 15-month prison sentence in Connecticut, she left behind her admittedly irresponsible husband, Joe Giudice, to handle their four daughters. In the last week we have learned that 13-year-old Gia Giudice has really stepped up to take care of her sisters, and the fact that it has been a necessity rather than a choice has left her mother absolutely furious.
According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa was already overheard having at least one screaming phone call with Joe over the status of things at home. Gia is also reportedly furious with her father and she has also found a real outlet for all of that emotion she has to deal with now. She just released a new song called "Just 13" and it has a video to go with it. This may be more real than anything that The Real Housewives of New Jersey has ever offered up while filming this family.
Gia recently talked about the truly sad situation that she's in, saying, "My voice teacher and I sat down and we just basically like poured out our thoughts. It was really just a song based on my experience and what I'm going through, and it was really just me and her like really writing it out and just expressing ourselves. I just want [my fans] to know that I'm okay, but also give them a little input of what I'm going through."
Ironically, when Gia's girl group 3KT dropped their first song a few months back everyone ripped it apart (just like everything else that a Giudice family member does at this point) and now it might actually be the music that gets this young girl through a really rough period.
