If you liked the first two Paul McCartney-influenced offerings from Kanye West's forthcoming record, you'll be glad to hear that Macca co-produced the entire album -- according to one source close to Kanye, at least.

The news came from West's barber, known on Instagram as ibnjasper (Note: his account has recently been contradicted by NME).

"Kanye's whole new album is co produced with Paul McCartney...," Jasper wrote (via HotNewHipHop). "He decided to put Rihanna on the song and put it on BOTH of their albums because they are both RocNation."

Fans have noticed a much more pop-friendly, toned down approach to the two songs already in the public sphere.

"Only One," released Jan. 1, features McCartney laying down a soft keyboard background while West auto-tunes his way through a beautifully crafted ballad that tugs at the heartstrings.

The newest cut, "FourFiveSeconds," was officially released on Rihanna's website in the past 24 hours, and features a singer/songwriter vibe without much percussion or fuss. Rihanna and Kanye trade sung verses while McCartney adds a simple chord progression behind them.

If the rest of the new 'Ye album is similarly put together, we can expect a much different record from anything else West has ever done. The traditional hip-hop influenced sound with limitless braggadocio is gone, and the more recent sonic dark cloud that hung over Yeezus has apparently died down, too.

Meanwhile, Sir Paul has stayed busy outside of West-related activities. He recently announced that his Destiny video game soundtrack, "Hope For the Future," will be released on vinyl.

"When you're writing something like 'Hope for the Future,' which is custom made, it is like doing a portrait for someone," McCartney said. "You have to use your imagination and work out what they need, what they're going to want and then what you want to give them. Then you've got to combine those three things into something that you still think maintains integrity."
