Justin Bieber is not too proud to admit that his 2014 wasn't the best year, and just one year after his controversial DUI arrest in Miami, the "Home to Mama" singer has spilled his heart out and issued an apology to his Beliebers for his "arrogant behavior" following an appearance on Ellen.

Last night, Bieber posted a call phone minute-and-a-half long statement to his official Facebook page, saying that he's not who he has been pretending to be for the past year.

Starting off by saying that he was nervous to talk to Ellen DeGeneres because he was worried what people would think about him or think he came off as arrogant, Bieber then admitted that he is sorry for all of his actions and controversies.

"I'm not who I was pretending to be. And what I say pretending - we often pretend to be something we're not to cover up what we're truly feeling inside, and there was a lot of feelings going on in there. Just being young and growing up in this business is hard; growing up in general is hard," he said. "But, yeah, I felt awkward up there. I felt like people were judging me. But I really want people to know how much I care about people. And how I'm not the person to say I don't give a f*ck."

Bieber's Ellen appearance was brief, but it's clear the pop star is looking to put the past behind him. When discussing his upcoming Comedy Central Roast, which will coincide with his 21st birthday, Bieber said that he was ready to own up to his actions, laugh at himself and move on.
