Most Arcade Fire fans already know that frontman Win Butler loves to play basketball. He has played in charity events and even hosts a game in Montreal titled Pop Vs. Jock. The singer is now reportedly going to show off his skills during the NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity Game, which is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13. Nothing has been confirmed and the roster has yet to be announced, but ArcadeFireTube has confirmed Butler's involvement, Consequence of Sound reports.

In September, Win brother, Will Butler, joined him on the Pop team for the charity game along with Justin Vernon (Bon Iver) and Nikolai Fraiture (The Strokes). NBA players Brent Barry and Matt Bonner also played for the Pop side. The Jock team was made up of former and current players from McGill and Concordia colleges. Win's team took the victory 101-92. Proceeds from the event went toward a local nonprofit that offers recreation options to children, DJ Sports Club.

The Pop team also jammed prior to the game, taking on "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins and "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes, Rolling Stone notes.

Arcade Fire spent much of 2014 on the road in support of their last album, Reflektor, which came out in 2013. The effort, produced by former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy, went straight to number one on the Billboard 200 chart. It was included on multiple "Best of" lists at the end of the year.

"It is tempting to call Reflektor Arcade Fire's answer to the Rolling Stones' 1972 double LP, Exile on Main Street. The similarities (length, churn, all that reverb) make it easy. But Reflektor is closer to turning-point classics such as U2'Achtung Baby and Radiohead's Kid A - a thrilling act of risk and renewal by a band with established commercial appeal and a greater fear of the average, of merely being liked," Rolling Stone wrote.
