Kylie Jenner was given the opportunity of a lifetime this past week when her brother-in-law, Kanye West booked her to walk in his NYFW show for Adidas. The problem is that she wasn't his first choice, her older sister, Kendall Jenner was. Kendall has become an extremely popular runway model that was solidly booked long before West asked her to walk, so by default he decided to give Kylie a shot. Unfortunately, being second choice is a situation that the youngest Jenner has become accustomed to.

There were recent reports that Kylie had opted to quit school in favor of focusing on her brand but even she's not sure what exactly that brand is. It has to be hard growing up in a family where business and branding is pretty much everything. Kylie has voiced her opinion in wanting to do something to set herself apart from the rest of her sisters, but in the meantime she seems to end up scrambling for Kendall's extras.

We recently heard that Kylie was hoping to begin modeling just like Kendall, in the hopes of emerging as a runway star in her own right, maybe even beating her older sister at her own game. Do you think that Kylie is wise to even go there or would she be better off figuring out who she actually is, apart from the whole Kardashian/Jenner name? For now it seems like she is scrambling to take nearly every offer that comes her way, with no solid direction, doesn't it?

Should Kylie follow in Kendall's footsteps? Or is it time for her to break away from the family and follow her own real path? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
