Tropical house producer DJ Kygo has unveiled the official video for the live acoustic rendition of his recent single "Firestone" featuring the vocals of Australian singer Conrad. The live acoustic version features Kygo playing his crafted melodies on the piano, Conrad softly crooning the vocals and an outside percussionist, Simon Santunione gently guiding the track along with baton hits and cymbal crashes.

He previously performed this acoustic version live on a Norweigan-Swedish talk show Skavlan, that features more production, but the same simplistic and stripped back sound. This new version is cleaner sounding and is also available to stream on Spotify if you want it there. Watch the video below on Kygo's YouTube channel.

Acoustic renditions have become more and more common for DJs to do as they try and show they are more than just DJs and can play instruments. The U.K.-based trance trio took the concept to a whole other level when they wrote and recorded a whole acoustic album of their own previously released songs and then performed it live at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.

In addition to the new acoustic release, Kygo was tabbed by Ultra Music Festival to create an anthem for their festival. A song was used in their trailer for the upcoming Miami festival, set to take place in just over a month and after about a week of speculation, it was revealed to be a new song from Kygo. The track is simply titled "ID" because it doesn't officially have a name, but you can stream it on Spotify.

The Norwegian producer will be performing on the Live stage at Ultra this year and hopefully he brings out some sort of set up like the above acoustic one to spice things up.
