Azealia Banks isn't just a constant Twitter feud participant and a future Playboy cover model, she's a rapper too (in case you forgot). Following months filled with fights and controversies, the "212" rapper is finally getting back into the music game. Today (Feb. 24), Banks announced a one-off show in her hometown of New York City.

Banks will be playing New York's Irving Plaza on May 11, Brooklyn Vegan reports.

Though a critically acclaimed rapper, Banks is a rare live presence, especially in New York. Brooklyn Vegan reports that her last non-exclusive NYC show was all the way back in 2012, when she took the stage at 1 a.m. at the Bowery Ballroom.

But that's all going to change this spring.

Tickets for the May 11 show go on sale for the general public on Friday, Feb. 27. There will also be a LiveNation and Music Geeks presale beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 25.

The New York City date is Banks' only East Coast show planned for now, but it's not her only live showing this spring. In addition to some overseas gigs in Japan and Spain, Banks is also slated to perform a Coachella this April and some Coachella Side Gigs.

Check out her full, albeit short, tour schedule below:

04/10: Indio, CA @ Coachella
04/15: Chicago, IL @ Concord Music Hall
04/16: Los Angeles, CA @ Club Nokia
04/17: Indio, CA @ Coachella
05/11: New York, NY @ Irving Plaza

Banks is performing in support of her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste, which dropped by surprise on Nov. 6 after the rapper was "freed" from her label.
