Electronic music producers and DJ's double down on enjoying the holiday season. First they get Christmas, and then they get New Year's Eve, which is like Christmas to the electronic music industry. Nearly every DJ is getting paid plenty to appear at exciting locations and party down with us as we ring in the new year. Music Times took the Top 25 DJ's in the world (according to DJ Magazine) and found where they'll be on December 31 this year.

DISCLAIMER: Don't assume you'll be able to get tickets necessarily. Many of these are private events not open to the public. Also, we're aware you may disagree with the Top 25 rankings, but we couldn't think of a more fair way to do it.

So what's your best bet to be near one of the world's best DJ's on New Year's Eve? Being in New York City, Las Vegas or Seattle would be a good idea. New York is hosting several big names, including Deadmau5, Afrojack and Alesso, while Las Vegas has a collection of shows hosting Avicii, Calvin Harris and Sebastian Ingrosso. Seattle might not have the biggest names on the list, but Nervo, Above & Beyond and Knife Party will all be playing the Resolution Festival that day.

One thing's for certain: The United States is obviously the big market for EDM performers come year end. Although most of this list consists of performers from Europe, only one of theme will actually appear in EDM's capitol continent. Additionally, 16 of the performers on this list will be in America when the ball drops (with an additional six being elsewhere in North America).
