The 10th anniversary of the release of The White Stripes's classic Get Behind Me Satan is rapidly approaching, and Jack White is planning to commemorate the milestone with a vinyl reissue. The guitarist's Third Man Records will release the special edition record, marking the first time the 2005 effort will be available in the vinyl format. Fittingly, the album will be out on Record Store Day April 18.

According to Consequence of Sound, the records will be pressed on red and white vinyl. Each double album will also come with a download code. White announced the vinyl reissue with a teaser clip on YouTube -- see below, along with the tracklist.

Get Behind Me Satan was The White Stripes's fifth album. It hit No. 3 on the Billboard 200 behind singles like "Blue Orchid," "The Denial Twist" and "My Doorbell." The only album to do better commercially for the Detroit duo was 2007's Icky Thump, their final album.

"Having clocked all rivals, the Stripes have to settle for topping their 2003 masterpiece, Elephant, the way Elephant topped White Blood Cells. If you happen to be a rock band, and you don't happen to be either of the White Stripes, it so sucks to be you right now," Rolling Stone wrote about the album, giving it 4 1/2 out of five stars.
