Nick Gordon chose to remain silent for the first few weeks after Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub, but eventually he returned to Twitter. He used social media as his way to reach out to Brown's family and beg for the opportunity to visit his comatose girlfriend. When Bobby Brown's attorney shot down that idea, Gordon's postings became more desperate. On the eve of Bobbi Kristina's 22nd birthday Gordon threatened to kill himself and apparently that was a turning point for his family. His mother and Dr. Phil staged an intervention this week that will be broadcast on March 11.

The deal was that Dr. Phil would pay for the very best help that he could find for Gordon if he agreed to sit for an interview. We now know that Gordon admits to having used Xanax and copious amounts of Jack Daniels to numb the pain that this situation has caused him. He also supposedly is still threatening to kill himself while talking to Dr. Phil. The interview taped late last week and Gordon is now reportedly checked into a 3-month rehab program.

He is still also the subject of a criminal investigation in connection with Bobbi Kristina's current medical condition. Investigators are still trying to piece together what was going on in the couple's lives in the weeks, days and even hours leading up to her crisis. Whitney Houston's 22-year-old daughter is still in a medically induced coma and her condition is pretty much the same as it was when she was first admitted five weeks ago.

Do you think that Gordon's getting clean will also lead to him coming clean about what really happened before Bobbi Kristina ended up in that tub? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
