Music Times warned you that the final Digital Downloads' chart of the year would be chalk full of sales thanks to people cashing in on the iTunes/download cards they received for Christmas. And sure enough, it was a huge week. Every song in the Top 50 saw a sales increase, and 46 of those tracks saw rises of more than 100 percent (aka doubling in sales since last week).

The merriment starts with Pitbull and Ke$ha, who retook the top spot after a two week hiatus, selling 442,000 downloads of the hit "Timber." Eminem and Rihanna also jumped one spot with "The Monster," coming in just behind "Timber" by selling 433,000 downloads. OneRepublic had the third album to top 400,000 in sales (compared to two songs topping 200,000 last week), as "Counting Stars" moved 408,000 units.

Last week's no. 1 song, "Say Something" by A Great Big World featuring Christina Aguilera, was one of the aforementioned four that couldn't reach an 100 percent increase. People probably didn't want anything that sad during the holidays. Still, the track rose 49 percent and sold 355,000 downloads.

Lorde and "Royals" ended the year on a positive note, finishing no. 5 with 302,000 downloads sold. Imagine Dragons was in the same boat, moving an additional 291,000 units of "Demons" and placing at no. 6.

Katy Perry doubled her pleasure, placing two tracks in the year's final chart. Current single "Dark Horse" placed no. 7, having sold 285,000 downloads. "Roar" saw the biggest jump in the Top 10 however, coming in at no. 10 with 258,000 downloads. That's a leap of 230 percent from last week, meaning it sold more than triple last week's total.

Two British acts round out the Top 10. Passenger placed no. 8 with "Let Her Go," which sold 279,000 downloads, and One Direction, who sold 262,000 additional downloads of "Story of My Life."
