We told you last week about court documents filed by Jon Gosselin back in 2010 against his famous ex Kate Gosselin that had become public. While the filing was aimed at making Kate look like a horribly unfit mother, after a judge dismissed all the allegations all that was left was Jon looking like he was out for revenge anyway he could get it. Plus, he often leaked this kind of stuff to make his ex look bad in the eyes of the public, so of course there is another round of allegations that have been unearthed. As part of that same Pennsylvania court filing nearly five years ago, Jon apparently accused Kate of making their oldest kids spy on him during visits.

"Father has told Mother that he does not want the girls bringing their cell phones with them during his custodial time as the girls are constantly texting Mother to 'report' on what Father is doing. Father has a phone that the children can use if they want to speak to Mother, so it is not necessary for the girls to bring their own phones with them," explains Radar Online, which has gotten its hands on the original documents.

While her twin daughters were only 10 at the time and at an age many would consider too young for cellphones, kids who are shuffled between parents often do have their own phones. Most mothers want to know that their child can reach them at any point in time, so throwing a cheap phone into their overnight bag is actually a pretty responsible thing to do.

No matter how many allegations Jon has made against his ex, nothing has seemed to stick. At this point, do you think he succeeds in vilifying Kate or is it Jon who always ends up looking like the bad guy? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
