The lineup for this year's Coachella Music Festival has been announced, and the biggest news from the event is that rap duo Outkast will be the headliner for Friday night's shows. Muse and Arcade Fire will be the main events at the other nights of the festival's duel weekends.

Festival organizers realized that Outkast was the main attraction, as the tweet from the festival's official account invited followers to "share it like a polaroid picture," a reference to Andre 3000's 2003 hit "Hey Ya." Rumors had been circulating for more than a month that the pair would be reuniting for the show, joining previous Coachella reunions including Rage Against The Machine, The Pixies, and Pavement.

Other big names joining the lineup this year include Swedish electronic duo The Knife (a rare concert appearance), Queens of The Stone Age and Beck. Tickets have been on sale for this year's festival since mid-2013. The 2014 event will take place the weekends of April 11-13 and April 18-20.

Obviously there are a ton of bands playing each day of the festival, but we chose to just include the first two lines of performers from each day (the "big" names). You can check out the full schedule here
