It might not be exactly what you'd expect on a pair of shoes traditionally designed for basketball, but it seems Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars have proven to be quite versatile.

Beyond Chuck Taylor's becoming go-to footwear for punks and hipsters through the years, they can now appeal specifically to metalheads with the new collection of Black Sabbath editions of the shoe.

As Rolling Stone explained: The shoes feature cover art from four of the group's Ozzy-era albums, including 1970's Black Sabbath and Paranoid, 1972's Vol. 4 and 1978's Never Say Die!, as well as logo treatments and photos of the band. The liner of the Paranoid Chucks features imagery from the group playing the song live on a Belgian TV show in 1970, while the Vol. 4 edition has a Lunarlon sockliner that sports Ozzy with his outstretched arms as seen on the LP cover.

Depending on the design, the shoes will go for $60 to $70. Surprisingly, this actually isn't the first time that Ozzy Osbourne's band has been paired up with the famous shoe company. Back in 2008, Converse's 100th Anniversary edition shoe paid tribute to the Black Sabbath World Tour 1978.

The band toured heavily in 2013 with their first-ever record to hit number one on the charts, 13, and they are heading out on the road in the New Year as well. Black Sabbath's North American tour starts out in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center on March 31.
