New British up-and-comer George Ezra performed two of his hit singles this weekend, during The Rock-hosted episode of Saturday Night Live. Marking his biggest U.S. television performance to date, the folk singer delivered joyous renditions of "Budapest" and "Blame It On Me" off his debut studio album Wanted On Voyage. Interestingly, he was sort of dressed like the top half of that meme of The Rock from the '80s, if only he also had on the jeans and fanny pack, and if that black top were a turtleneck. But we digress...

Ezra wasn't the only guest that contributed musical performances to the episode. The Rock used his monologue to sing a tune called "Franchise Viagra." He performed the slow jam, boasting about how is presence in The Mummy, G.I. Joe, and The Fast & Furious movies boosted their success. He then listed all the potential sequels that he could crush if they hired him, such as Frozen, 50 Shades of Grey, Toy Story, Sister Act, Boyhood, Zero Dark Thirty, Home Alone, The Theory of Everything and more.

"If you're looking for that extra special something/You want to make sure the box office is thumping/Need the baddest mofo since Charles Bronson/Add a dash of Dwayne and a pinch of Johnson," he sang.

Ezra's Wanted On Voyage hit No. 1 in the UK and No. 1 on the Billboard Folk Albums. It reached No. 19 on the Billboard 200.

As previously reported, this week's musical guest for the April 4 episode is pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen, who recently released her music video for "I Really Like You," which stars Tom Hanks and Justin Bieber. "I Really Like You" is the first single to follow up Jepsen's 2012 album, Kiss, which spawned the breakout, viral single "Call Me Maybe." She will be performing alongside host Michael Keaton, the star of Birdman.
