The last time we discussed LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, we told you about how she has installed surveillance throughout their entire home so she can always see what her husband is up to when she is away. Since trust is not much of an option, the video footage must have come in handy while Rimes was in London for 10 days recently. For a minute there it also looked like Cibrian was going to be going back to work on a real television show. He was cast to play one of Monica Potter's ex-husbands in the pilot of an untitled NBC sitcom, but that project was just shelved. Apparently, once everyone got together for the first table read, they quickly realized that the writing was just awful and the characters were totally one-dimensional and cheesy.

"According to multiple sources, NBC and Warner Bros. -- the studio behind the project -- mutually agreed to put the pause button on the potential series for creative reasons, with an eye toward redeveloping it next season. The multi-cam project revolved around Monica Potter's Bridget, whose dating life is complicated by her busy family and her three ex-husbands -- played by Eddie Cibrian, Donald Faison and Rory Scovel," explains a report by TV Line.

This means that, as usual, Cibrian is jobless. While Rimes will speak of wanting her husband to work and have a successful career, that means he will be away from her, and it triggers all of her clingy insecurities. If you remember, Rimes and Cibrian first hooked up while married to other people, so she already knows he has the capacity to emotionally check out and be disloyal. While it would be nice for him to earn some money, she has to be relieved that he is not going to be spending long days on set, right?

Are you surprised Rimes and Cibrian's marriage has already lasted nearly four years? Is it because she watches his every move? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
