Justin Bieber was recently in New York City this week where he added to his ever-growing tattoo collection thanks to tattoo artist to celebrities, Keith Bang Bang McCurdy. This artist, whose moniker is also the name of his parlor in Manhattan, has inked some of today's biggest stars including Rihanna, Chris Brown, Katy Perry, Cara Delevingne, and Adele to name a few. So what did Justin get inked this time? On the inside of his left elbow, the "Believe" singer got his mother's eye, and explained, "Mom's always watching," on his Instagram account.

Justin's Instagram account, which is useful for up to date shirtless photos of himself and possibly some candid shots with Selena Gomez, revealed the 19-year-old's newest tattoo earlier this week. His caption for the photo credited Bang Bang and added (with a winking face emoticon) "Mom's always watching."

Bieber, who has been in the headlines for some questionable behavior over the last few months, makes a good point with "Mom's always watching." His mother, Pattie Mallette, is aware of the antics that her pop star son gets into but stands by her boy.

During her recent appearance on "Watch What Happens Live " this week, Mallette told host Andy Cohen that Justin gets a "bad rap."

"I definitely think he's getting a bad rap, but I'm also not naive to think that my child is perfect and making all the best decisions of his life," she told Cohen. "He knows what I disagree with, and he knows all the things that I'm really proud of him for, too."

"People don't talk about all the great things he does every day," she said, highlighting the things the media seems to gloss over. "Every night before a show, he meets with Make-a-Wish kids. He goes to sick kids' hospitals. He visits with them [and] takes his time. He gives back to charities."

Bang Bang is responsible for a number of Justin tattoos and is the go-to artist for celebrities. Check out some photos from his Instagram account featuring a few familiar faces.
