Fans are still buzzing about Axwell /\ Ingrosso's live set to close out the main stage at Ultra Music Festival Saturday night, April 4. They will be treated to another big and theatrical live set from the "Can't Hold Us Down" DJs this Saturday, April 11, at Coachella. With the festival season warming up and an album on the horizon, scheduled to be released sometime this summer, the Swedes Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso are readying their next single "Sun Is Shining" in a new partnership with clothing line H&M.
The partnership was announced earlier today as the new track will be the soundtrack to a new commercial that will feature supermodels Joan Smalls, Natasha Poly, Doutzen Kroes and Adriana Lima as season ambassadors.
"It was amazing for us to work with H&M on this summer campaign with our new song, 'Sun Is Shining.' We're always proud to work with Swedish brands, and with summer finally upon us we can't wait for everyone to hear one of the songs from our forthcoming album," said Axwell /\ Ingrosso.
"Sun Is Shining" was premiered late last year at Ultra Japan and was the second to last track in their festival sets for a few months. The track will be released at HM.com April 30. Listen to a live rip of the track below.
This will be the fourth single to emerge from their still-untitled album scheduled for release at some point this summer on Def Jam Recordings. It will follow up their March single "On My Way" in addition to previously released tracks "Something New" and "Can't Hold Us Down."
The pair has been previewing new music in their live sets and radio guest mixes, including "Sun Is Shining," so fans will be happy to see some of those tracks getting released.
