The upcoming movie The Lego Movie will either be the best, worst or most ridiculous animated feature of 2014 (or perhaps a mix of all three). As seen and heard in the happy-go-lucky trailer, the film’s main theme song is the hyperactive, bouncy “Everything Is AWESOME!!!”
Today (Jan. 20), a full version of the song popped up on Tumblr blogs, and you’ll never believe who’s behind the peppy robotic voices… none other than Tegan and Sara and The Lonely Island.
Listening to an extended version of the track, it’s clear that it is, in fact, twin sisters Tegan and Sara Quin alongside Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer.
A previously unheard rap comes in, courtesy of Taccone, and adds to the positive, team-centered message from the track’s chorus. Though he has a disturbing amount of power behind his rap, Taccone highlights nothing except for the very best of wholesome fun and friendship. Possible activities include: sipping lemonade, skipping, hiking and biking.

Other than “Everything is AWESOME!!!” music from The Lego Movie comes courtesy of DEVO frontman Mark Mothersbaugh, because of course it does.
The Lego Movie will hit theaters on Feb. 7. The soundtrack will be released the following Tuesday (Feb. 11) but is available for pre-order on Amazon now.
