"Cop Killer" rapper turned actor Ice-T and his wife, Coco, have reportedly landed a daytime talk show on FOX.

According to TheGrio, Warner Bros had a hand in the deal as well. Domestic Television Distribution, which will air across Fox stations as a three-week daily test, run beginning this summer.

The show, appropriately titled Ice & Coco, "will cover topics of the day including Hollywood news and will feature celebrity guests, fun segments, games and open interviews, presented in a fun, authentic vibe by the husband-and-wife duo."

The series is set to premiere Aug. 3 on select Fox-owned stations in major markets, including New York and L.A. as a test run.

"We see this as another attempt to do something different — big personalities, new to the daypart," Frank Cicha, senior VP of programming, Fox Television Station, said in a statement. "Ice-T helped change popular culture. We're trying to do the same thing for daytime."

Candi Carter of The Oprah Winfrey Show and BET's Just Keke will serve as exec producer on the daytime talk show.

The couple previously starred on their own E! reality show, Ice Loves Coco. The series premiered in June 2011 and ran for three seasons.

"It's a fun show with our own style of hip, married humor and honesty," the two said of their new venture.

Aside from reality shows, Ice-T has had a successful run on television starring as Detective Fin Tutuola on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In January, he announced, via Twitter, his decision to stay on the show.

"So I'll officially be back for the next 2 years at least. DONE," he said via his account.
