MTV recently sent out a report announcing that the network has achieved its highest-rated quarter in nearly two decades. To celebrate its success, MTV2 has decided to add some new shows to its lineup, including Uncommon Sense with Charlamagne tha God and Kingin' With Tyga.

As reported by XXL, a press release says Uncommon Sense will be an eight-episode, half-hour comedy talk show hosted by the Breakfast Club's Charlamagne tha God. The show will feature Charlamagne and a panel of comedians putting their own spin on the week's biggest social media topics. The often controversial radio host has worked with MTV2 in the past, starring on shows like Guy Code and Charlamagne and Friends.

Earlier this year, Charlamagne impressed viewers as a guest host on Catfish. Filling in for Max Joseph, Charlamagne appeared alongside Nev Schulman on the Season 4 premiere.

News of Tyga's show has been going around since January and MTV has finally confirmed. According to the network, the six episode, half-hour series Kingin' With Tyga will give an inside look into the rapper's life. The show will follow Tyga and his friends as they "attempt over-the-top stunts and indulge in a lavish lifestyle made famous by his Instagram account."

Those hoping to get a glimpse of Tyga's love life and rumored relationship with Kylie Jenner are in for a let down as TMZ reports the show is more like the network's Fantasy Factory.

It has also been reported that Chris Brown has already shot a segment for the show. The two released their joint album, Fan of a Fan, this year.

MTV2 will also be bringing back a revamped version of the Celebrity Deathmatch series, which has been off the air since 2007.
