If you've ever wanted a phone call from Jay Z or Jack White, well, you may just want to join TIDAL. In a new interview, one exec from the new streaming service revealed that the two artist co-owners have been ringing up fans to personally thank them for signing up for the $20 a month website.

Speaking with The Business Insider, TIDAL executive Vania Schlogel revealed that Hova has been getting in contact with fans after they've purchased a TIDAL subscription.

"He called some of his fans and one of them made the funniest comment. He said 'This is the best customer service call I've ever received!'" Scholgel said.

Jay Z isn't the only musician tied to TIDAL that has been calling up users - she revealed that White and other musicians have been reaching out, as well. Schlogel did not reveal how many fans have been receiving the messages or what other musicians are ringing people up.

White and Jay Z aren't just calling up random users of TIDAL, either, they're calling their actual fans. According to Scholgel, artists who use TIDAL are able to see what users are listening to their music and how much they happen to be streaming. The ability to monitor who is listening allowed for Jay Z and White to get the fans' contact information.

Jay Z and White were just two of 16 musicians on hand to help launch TIDAL last month during a major press conference that had them signing artistic declarations. Other musicians involved in TIDAL include Beyoncé, Rihanna, Arcade Fire, Jason Aldean, Daft Punk and Nicki Minaj.
