Lately, Marilyn Manson has been extending his talents from the music scene to show off his acting chops with small roles on Eastbound & Down, Lost Highway and Sons of Anrachy. This time around, the dark musician will play a hit man named Pope in the latest indie crime drama, Let Me Make You a Martyr.

Filming in Tulsa, Oklahmoma, the indie flick is centered around adopted siblings who find romance with one another, leading to an ultimate plot of murder and revenge against their abusive father, reports Rolling Stone.  Sons of Anarchy cast members and Marilyn Manson will collaborate once more as SOA's own Bobby Munson, Mark Boone Jr., will take on the role of the vicious father figure.

"This story is dark. Really dark," female lead Sam Quartin, told Tulsa World. After only a few days into production, Manson hasn't been able to refrain from posting gory photos from set.

Niko Nicotera will portray Let Me Make You a Martyr's male lead and also participated on the cast of SOA as SAMCRO's "Ratboy."

Oklahoma native John Swab wrote the "cerebral revenge film" at the young age of 16 and he will co-direct with Corey Asraf. While Manson isn't on the receiving end of punches thrown in Denny's, he's voicing the shadow of Peter Pan on Once Upon a Time. Manson's acting career also spans to roles in Party Monster and Jawbreaker with former love interest Rose McGowan.

After shooting, The Pale Emperor singer will kick off joint The End Times Tour  with the Smashing Pumpkins on July 7.
