A$AP Rocky has reportedly settled a lawsuit brought against him after he allegedly slapped a female fan in the face at the Philadelphia Made In America Festival during 2013. It took nearly two years but some cash has presumably exchanged hands between the A$AP Mob rapper and victim Lisa Wade.

Rocky came down offstage during the concert and walked among the crowd, when he allegedly struck Wade for no reason (he would later claim that she came on a little strong and his reaction was knee-jerk). She was looking to get $75,000 from the civil lawsuit, claiming that she was unable to "enjoy society with her minor child as a young, single mother"...somewhat implying that she constantly feared that rappers would come out of the woods and slap her.

Her use of the "single mother" sympathy-gathering device must have been successful however, as A$AP's team broke down and awarded her some sort of financial settlement. She also cited previous incidents in Australia where Rocky was accused of using his had forcefully against a female concert attendee.

TMZ reports that the judge in the case dismissed the case with prejudice-a motion that prevents Wade from coming back and suing again (in other words, making sure that Wade knows that this is the most money she'll be picking up from Rocky). No financial details were actually released.

Perhaps A$AP is just looking to get distractions out of the way as he works toward releasing his second LP A.L.L.A. later during 2015. Not that he's avoiding lawsuits however. This week, while in London, the rapper posted video of an argument had with a London bagel-buyer, noting to the camera that "N*ggas be dying for a lawsuit."
