Earlier this week, John Stamos sent Full House fans into a permanent state of anticipation when he stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! to confirm the Netflix spin-off series, Fuller House. Unsure if Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen would reprise their shared role as Michelle, the 28-year old fashion tycoons told Women's Wear Daily that they're considering appearing on the Netflix reboot and revisiting the show that launched their career.

Shocked they weren't contacted by Stamos, the Olsen twins explained they were left in the dark about the project, hearing of it for the first time when Stamos made the announcement Monday night.

"I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening," Mary-Kate said, reports Today.com "I'm going to call [Saget] and get his perspective," said Ashley. "I ran into Bob [Saget] the other day and we didn't even talk about it."

If the sisters decide against it, Stamos has a plan in effect--"If we can't get the Olsen twins, we're going to dress you up," he jokingly told Kimmel on Monday. His on-screen spouse, Lori Loughlin has her doubts of Michelle's return and is uncertain of her own character, Rebecca Katsopolis' return.

"We're talking, and we're optimistic that it will all work out," Loughlin told Access Hollywood Live. "Everyone would love it [if they came back]," she added. "It would be really nice."

Although there are still speculations on which cast members will make a return, Candace Cameron, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber ( D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy) took to social media to express their excitement to be the next trio to raise a family in the comfort of their childhood San Fransisco home.
