As Lil Wayne's beef over Tha Carter V continues, Chief Keef revealed the title of his new album. He has decided to name the project Tha Cozart.

According to HipHopDX, Keef took to Twitter and Instagram to announce his decision.

"I got over 300 thousand songs! But my next album I'm working on personally is "Tha Cozart," he tweeted.

Shortly after, he shared the album's artwork on Instagram. The caption to that post reads, "The Cozart" Coming soon! Stores near you."

Back in February, the Chicago rapper released his Sorry 4 The Weight mixtape, which appears to draw from Wayne's 2011 tape, Sorry 4 The Wait. Moreover, Tha Cozart seems to be Keef's spin on Tha Carter series Lil Wayne began in 2004.

Last September, Young Thug sparked controversy when he announced that wanted to continue Wayne's Tha Carter series after it was reported that Tha Carter V would be his last solo album.

"I dunno, 'cause Wayne's coming out with more albums," the Atlanta rapper said. "I don't know if he's gonna name one of them Carter VI. It depends on what he names his album."

It turns out that Thug was actually serious about the Lil Wayne reference for his title until the possibility of a lawsuit came into play.

"Can't name the mixtape Carter 6 'cause these f*ck a** n*ggas trying to sue, just like some hoes," Thug said in a clip posted on Instagram.

Lil Wayne has been at odds with Cash Money Records for sometime now, seemingly stemming from the delay of the release of his Carter V album.
