Jon Foreman is healing nicely after the surfing accident that injured his face and the band is gearing up for the kick-off of the Fading West Tour. With 45 stops scheduled on the two month long tour, the band will have lots of places to share the new album that debuted at # 6 on the Billboard Top 200, came in at #2 on the Rock Album and hit #1 on the overall Christian/Gospel charts.

Switchfoot's hometown record release show, which was scheduled for January 15th but postponed after Jon was injured, will be held on February 3rd. The band will then rest up for about two weeks before heading out to visit 27 states.
