One of the more anticipated collaborations on the LP features the legend Stevie Wonder and at a recent album recent listening event in Los Angeles, Snoop shared the story of how he was able to get Stevie on the track. During a session where he and Pharrell were recording one of the tracks, it was decided that they could use some Wonder on the track after working with Charlie Wilson on most of the LP. The Doggfather explained exactly how he was able to get a hold of Mr. Wonder and get him in the studio to record on the album, much to the apparent surprise and amazement of Pharrell (via HipHopDX).

"This shit would be dope if we put Stevie Wonder on there, and then Pharrell was like, 'You think you can get it?' I'm like, 'Hell yeah I can get it,' explained Snoop in an interview. "They got him right on the phone and I was like, 'Unc, what's happenin?' I'm with Pharrell, we in the studio, we got a record for you. He was like, 'Pharrell?' I'm like, 'We got one, n*gga, me, you and P. It's so motherfucking magical right now. Could you just come play the harmonica on it?' He was like, 'I'll be there.'"

Snoop then explains what happened once he got Stevie in the studio.

"Once he get there, Pharrell sitting at the board, Stevie go in the booth. I'm like, 'Alright he in there, go in there and produce him,'" he said. "Pharrell looking at me like, 'I don't know what to do, what you want me [to do]?' I'm like, 'Go in there and produce him, n*gga!'"

Dogg went on to describe the scene once they got Wonder playing the harmonica and singing various notes, which were chopped up and used by the engineer on the track. Listen below at the 3:15 mark.
