Even though a judge in an L.A. court has put pressure on Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's divorce plans, it looks like neither one of them intends to buckle to the added stress. Kardashian finally made the decision to pull the trigger on her marriage back in December 2013 but Odom has never filed a response. After a certain amount of time it was certainly within her rights to file for a divorce by default, but Kardashian has never done that. Cases like this can't just hang forever and eventually the original petition can be dismissed and that is exactly what is about to happen here. When faced with the decision to either make a move towards divorce or remain married, for the time being it looks like both Kardashian and Odom are choosing the latter.

According to a new report by TMZ: "The 2 of them are not romantic and are not talking reconciliation, but they don't want to close the door on the marriage either. That explains why Khloe's divorce has been laying dormant in the courts for more than a year ... the judge has even said if she doesn't s*** or get off the pot, he'll dismiss it. Our Lamar sources says there's bad blood on both sides. It's not as if he's begging her to reconcile ... he feels betrayed by Khloe as well. The Lamar sources say she's told him he has to make some sort of 'grand gesture' before they can go the next step, and so far he's not willing to do it." explains an insider.

This situation looks like a complete standoff but at the root of it all it seems that neither Kardashian or Odom really wants to divorce. After nearly a year-and-a-half if they wanted to legally dissolve their union by now wouldn't it have happened? Especially since they both now have equal say? While they are reportedly not together right now, do you think that a reconciliation is a realistic possibility for these two?

Will Kardashian and Odom eventually divorce or do you think that giving their marriage another try is a more likely scenario? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
