Kacey Musgraves arrives at the 56th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California January 26, 2014.

While the blush tulle gown by Armani Prive probably cost more than most of us make in a month (Armani off the rack long dresses start at nearly $1200), Kacey's make-up for the red carpet is actually something people without a super-star budget can afford.

Instyle Magazine went behind the scenes with Kacey and her make-up artist, Kristofer Buckle, for the big night. Buckle said, "I wanted to complement Kacey’s gorgeous blush-colored dress with an equally soft, romantic look." And compliment he did!

After starting things off with a basic primer, he applied maracuja creaseless concealer under her eyes. The $24 product is a full coverage, waterproof concealer that won’t crease, flake, or leave you needing more. Next up on the facial agenda was Amazonian clay 12-hour blush in a warm peach tone they call blissful. At $26, this is a little pricey for blush, but it's not not out of the ballpark of reasonable. The blush is what gave Kacey that warm, dew-like glow when it was applied to the apples of her cheeks. Musgraves' lips got the royal treatment with the $24 powder pigment lip tint in tipsy (sheer coral). When it was time for her to change clothes for her performance, Buckle went for a dramatic touch with multiplEYE lash enhancing liquid liner. The $22 liner helped keep her cat eye perfect and clean through her spirited performance.

While nearly $100 for one night's make-up may be a little steep, the beauty of these products is that they can be used for every day occassions as well as those truly special moments -- like winning two Grammy Awards!
