Matt Redman, popular worship leader and song writer, has announced that he will be releasing his next live album, 'Your Grace Finds Me,' on September 24. The lead single on Redman's upcoming album, the title track, 'Your Grace Finds Me,' debuts on radio August 2.

On July 8, he tweeted, "New record coming soon! 'Your Grace Finds Me'. Releases Sept 24th :)"

The upcoming album was recorded live at Passion City Church's 'LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective!' event in Atlanta, Georgia, and will feature songs that he has been playing at live Christian events all over the world over the past few months. 'LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective!' was hosted by Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin, and featured worship leaders from across the nation.

The new album marks his third live album out of the nine albums he has released so far throughout his career. It will feature 12 new worship tracks for fans to sing along with and enjoy.

Redman's last album, '10,000 Reasons,' was released back in 2011 and saw a great deal of success. The title track of the album won him two Grammy Awards in 2013 for Best Contemporary Christian Song and Best Contemporary Christian Performance. The single was also certified Digital Gold earlier this year by the RIAA, won a Billboard Music Award and was named ASCAP's Christian Song of the Year. The album continues to top the Christian music charts two years after it had been released.

Redman is also set to begin touring with long-time friend and fellow worship leader, Martin Smith, in Europe as part of Smith's 'God's Great Dance Floor Worship Tour.' The pair will be touring in Europe from October 9- 19.
