Zedd is ready to move on. Over the first couple months of the year, he became tabloid fodder after becoming reportedly involved with "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer, Selena Gomez. The pair became known from their collaboration, "I Want You To Know," which was the lead single from the "Clarity" producer's forthcoming artist album, True Colors. However, according to a new interview with Billboard, that is not the end of it for the two young artists on the music front. According to Zedd, there could be more music from them on the way. "'I Want You To Know' was the first one -- we recorded a couple more songs that we haven't finished yet."

He goes on to discuss their initial collab and why he really enjoyed working with Gomez. Where those collabs, if they get finished, might land is uncertain, but with an upcoming album for Selena, that would be a logical spot for one or more tracks together.

"And I loved the voice. I thought it had a really great energy, so I told Ryan Tedder, who I wrote the song with. He loved the voice, so to me, I didn't want to hear anything else on it, so I decided that this should be my first single."

Despite the benefits of being in the celebrity spotlight, which can be beneficial for an album campaign, Zedd says he is tired of being the subject of tabloid talk.

"I don't think I've ever been in the press in my life for anything but my music, and I've appreciated that a lot," says Zedd. "And I've never had any scandals and I've never done anything bad, and everyone only talked about my music. I liked that -- that's how I want it to be. And then, out of nowhere, suddenly people started talking about things that had nothing to do with my music. I was like, 'Wait -- we've got a song. Why don't you talk about that song?' It took me a really long time to do this."
