OG Maco is making major moves. The Atlanta rapper has officially signed to Motown/Capitol Records. He also announced his debut album Children of the Rage will be released soon.

According to XXL, Maco's new deal comes as a result of Quality Control Music's joint venture with Capitol Music Group and Motown Records. QCM artists will be worked on by Motown and other divisions within CMG. The first release under the deal will be Maco's debut LP Children of the Rage. The project is slated to be released toward the end of the year.

Maco initially shared the news via Instagram in a since-deleted post. In the photo, Maco posed with Head of Urban Music & Motown's Senior VP Ethiopia Habtemaram, Capitol Records' CEO Steve Barnett and Quality Control Founders Kevin "Coach K" Lee and Pierre "Pee" Thomas.

The caption read, "The deal is done. We just went major!!!! Thank you to everyone who's supported me to this point, I couldn't have done it without you. Let the hate begin!!!! OGGTM QCTM."

Maco created a buzz for himself with his Internet hit "U Guessed It." Back in November, Maco made headlines when he accused Beyoncé of stealing his video concept for her visual for "7/11" off her Beyoncé Platinum Edition album.

"Beyoncé takes my video concept? Yall act like I'm 'irrelevant' and it didn't happen. 12 million views of irrelevant. Sure," he tweeted.

Since then, he has worked with a range of artists and planned to tour with Migos.

A snippet of a collaboration with Skrillex recently made its way to the Web. No word on when the song will be released in its entirety or which project it will be a part of.

Congrats to OG Maco!
