This October, Ozzy Osbourne, Florence and the Machine and Zac Brown Band will head to New Orleans to headline the Voodoo Music and Arts Experience that spans Halloween weekend.

Voodoo Fest has a reputation of gathering eclectic artists from any and all genres. Florence and the Machine, who recently signed on to take over Foo Fighters' Glastonbury slot in the midst of Dave Grohl's leg injury, will command the stage on October 30. The Black Sabbath front man will come together with Sabbath basist Geezer Butler, Guns N' Roses' Slash and Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello as a super group for a unique and spooky headliner on Halloween. Although Voodoo Fest will mark the group's first North American gig, they plan to perform abroad in upcoming months though it's still unknown who will man the drum kit, reports Consequence of Sound. American Country group, Zac Brown Band, will wrap up the weekend in Louisiana with a Sunday, November 1 gig.

The three-day-long festival will also see performances by Chance the Rapper, Girl Talk, Jane's Addiction, Deadmau5, Third Eye Blind, Giorgio Moroder and Jack U, notes Rolling Stone. Osbourne's ongoing battle with Black Sabbath bandmate Bill Ward has forced to cancel several spring shows, although some canellations were brought about because of Tony Iommi's health problems. Mexico's Ozzfiesta was also brought to a halt when Osbourne underwent an undisclosed surgery that called for weeks of rest and recovery. Since this year's Coachella, Florence Welch has gathered a few festival notches on her belt, spanning Bonnaroo, Governors Ball and an upcoming gig at Lollapalooza in August. Earlier this month, Florence and the Machine released How Big How Blue How Beautiful, acquiring their first number one album.
