Although news recently broke that Gucci Mane may be getting out of prison soon, being incarcerated hasn't stopped the Atlanta rapper from releasing new music at all. Today, he dropped "Born With It" featuring Soulja Boy and announced a new mixtape.

As Mike WiLL Made It handles the production, GuWop and Soulja spit bars about the lavish lifestyles they lead, namely jewelry and exotic cars.

Twenty chains on I done made an entrance
Tryna rush the stage should've brought a fence in
Said they seen a hundred bricks with my f*ckin imprint
Man I ball so hard last night I damn nearly had an injury

"Born With It" is slated to be featured on Gucci Mane's forthcoming mixtape, Trapology. Just last month, he released his King Gucci tape.

Last week, he confirmed that he will make a guest appearance on Riff Raff's new album Peach Panther. The two previously collaborated on a track titled "I'm Too Much" from the aforementioned mixtape.

As for his prison release, Lil Bankhead, DJ for Atlanta's Streetz 94.5, recently shared a photo of Gucci on Instagram with the caption "JULY 11 MY HOMIE BACK IN THE STREETS SAULTE."

Although Gucci's camp has not officially confirmed the update, there have been no complaints from fans of the self-proclaimed Trap God. It was originally reported that he would be released in December 2016.

Last October, Gucci shared an open letter with fans where he discussed sobriety and future plans.

"It feels great to see my plan take root and begin to blossom even though I'm physically incarcerated but spiritually and mentally I'm free as ever," he wrote in part. "I enjoy working out molding my body and I look forward to changing my diet for the better because I realize to get to the status I crave I must make a life-change which is permanent not a quick-fix."
