Congratulations are in order for The Real co-host, Tamera Mowry-Housley, and her husband Adam Housley on their new bundle of joy! Tamera's reps have confirmed that today she gave birth to a healthy baby girl — Ariah Talea.

Ariah Talea Housley, who was born today at 2:54 p.m, weighing in at 10 pounds, 2 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches, is the couple's second child. The happy parents stated, "We are beyond overjoyed and blessed with our beautiful baby girl. Aden already made a welcome video for her." Their first child, Aden John Tanner, is now 2 and a half years old.

The couple announced in January that they were expecting their second baby. Although Tamera originally wanted to keep the gender a surprise, an excited Adam Housley spilled the beans during a taping of The Real and said, "I'm scared out of mind. We're having a girl!"

Tamera's twin sister, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, was of course one of the first to know of the pregnancy, but Tamera waited a couple weeks before announcing to the world. Tia said, "We have this thing where we wait until eight weeks because we want to make sure everything is OK."

Luckily for Tamera, everything was OK and she had a smooth pregnancy, just as she had with Aden. When talking about entering motherhood for the first time, she said, "I'm so grateful to have be chosen to be a mom. Children are from God and are a passage through you. I have had some of the most blissful days as well as some challenging in my life. But as a result, it has molded me into the person I am today. As I teach my son, he teaches me. You learn so much about yourself when you become a mom."

Congrats to the proud parents! Check out the video below of when Adam announced the sex of the baby!
