Jessie J seems to be back on her feet a few weeks after surgery and reporting that she was "not OK," as the performer confirmed to the world at the last moment that she will be moving forward with her set at the Wireless Festival in London on July 5.

"I'm out of hospital," she noted on Instagram, along with an encouraging photo. "Still very fragile but much better. I will be at Wireless tomorrow. Not my usual crazy running around self yet, but I will be there. Can't wait."

Fans who didn't wait until the formal Wireless announcement may have picked up on the good news just by putting the pieces together from the pop star's Instagram. Earlier during the day, numerous photos were posted, revealing Jessie up and about at the wedding of her guitarist, Lewie Allen. Still, the caption on those photos detailed that it was her "first day out of the house after coming out of the hospital," leaving a short recovery time for a music festival appearance. Nonetheless, doctors must have given her the go-ahead.

Perhaps the most intriguing part of this whole saga is exactly what kind of health problems have been bothering the pop star. Jessie did report initially that her current state was the result of a recent surgery...but what the procedure was actually for remains a mystery. During March, the performer suddenly cancelled her Australian tour because of a heart concern. She had revealed during her 2012 biography, Nice To Meet You, that both she and her father suffer from a heart condition known as Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, which results in an irregular heartbeat.
