Taylor Swift continues to shatter records with her new album 1989. After having the best-selling album of the year thus far, three No. 1 hits and fighting the battle against free streaming services, it turns out she continues to break music video records, too. Her second music video, "Blank Space," has been deemed the fastest clip to reach one billion views on VEVO.

That's right, one billion.

"Blank Space," which was released in November 2014, has now amassed 1.01 billion views on the video streaming service. The music video, which details a deranged Swift falling in love and then exacting revenge on what once seemed like a suitable suitor, helped launch "Blank Space" to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for seven weeks at the end of 2014 and beginning of this year.

Swift celebrated the news on Twitter, thanking her fans for helping her to break the milestone.

The one billion views on "Blank Space" is just the latest VEVO record that Swift shattered with her pop debut, 1989. The album's most recent single, "Bad Blood," broke the record for the most views in 24 hours upon its debut in May. The cameo-heavy music video (which features appearances from everyone from Selena Gomez to Cara Delevigne to Kendrick Lamar) was views 20.1 million times in just one day. Swift bested Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" for the honor of most-viewed.
