The ever-prolific Dave Grohl has reportedly found time to contribute to a new supergroup called Teenage Time Killers, along with Slipknot's Corey Taylor, Black Flag's Keith Morris, former Queens of the Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri, The Dead Kennedys' Jello Biafra, Lamb of God's Randy Blythe and more.

According to The Dwarf (via Consequence of Sound), the project is helmed by Corrosion of Conformity Teenage Time Killer members Reed Mullin and Mike Dean. As CoS notes, Mullin described the music as "old hardcore punk, punk and metal stuff ... People are going to be pleasantly surprised. It's pretty cool."

Other contributors to the supergroup include Soulfly's Max Cavalera and Clutch's Neil Fallon as well as members of The Misfits, Municipal Waste, Red Fang, My Ruin, Prong, Goatsnake, Brujeria and Articles Of Faith.

The sessions were recorded at Grohl's studio, and release date for the material has yet to be announced. What do you think of the new group? Let us know in the comments section below!
