Breaking Benjamin and Shinedown have announced a joint headlining tour for the fall, with stops at the Monster Energy Aftershock 2015 festival. Previous rumors have suggested that Chevelle will serve as the opening act but that hasn't been confirmed...yet (no other potential openers have been announced yet).

It looks like, based on the dates announced for October/November, that the two bands will stick to smaller market towns, with exceptions such as Phoenix and Nashville.

This year has already seen several double-headliner bills, including in the rock world, where Smashing Pumpkins and Marilyn Manson just wrapped a run of joint headlining dates.

The list of dates announced thus far are below. Tickets go on sale on August 14, although fan club members for the respective bands can get tickets beginning on Tuesday.
