The girls of Fifth Harmony are the latest faces of Candie's, and the "Worth It" girl group wrote its own smooth and sweet jingle to accompany its campaign at Kohls. On Sunday night (Aug. 16) throughout the Teen Choice Awards 2015, commercials teasing the big, extended ad rolled out, resulting in a sizzling new 5H song, "Rock Your Candie's."
After a series of five commercials, which showed Fifth Harmony's Candie's ad from conception (at a milkshake shop, nonetheless) to writing the new jingle to shopping for new looks, the full two-minute "Rock Your Candie's" was released online, as Pop Crush reports.
The song itself focuses heavily on the harmonious aspect of Fifth Harmony, as Camila Cabello, Dinah-Jane Hansen, Ally Brooke, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Hamilton blend their voice together for the background vocals, almost turning the song in to an a cappella sounding track (if it weren't for the soft drumbeats in the mix).
The topic of the song, of course, is Candie's brand clothing and shoes, which have the girls of 5H looking and sounding as sugary as ever.
"Looking sweet sweet in my Candie's today / And there's nobody keeping up with my shoe game / Now I'm calling up my girls getting ready for the turn up / With Fifth Harmony," the ladies sing in the second verse.
It's a cute ad just in time for all that back-to-school shopping for Harmonizers.
Fifth Harmony is just the latest music sensation to join Candie's as spokeswomen. Britney Spears, Fergie, Carly Rae Jepsen and Hilary Duff have also endorsed the legendary clothing brand.
