Florida Georgia Line has caught on to what's led to its current success, and the band's sticking with for its forthcoming "This Is How We Roll Summer Series" tour. The country group will feature rapper Nelly as an opener for the upcoming gigs

The rapper played a key role in the band's biggest hit, "Cruise," contributing a hip-hop verse to the single. The experiment worked out, and fans across a number of genres bought downloads. The single finished no. 4 in total downloads for 2013, selling 4.69 million copies during the year. The success of the single also pushed Florida Georgia Line's album Here's To The Good Times to the no. 6 bestselling album of the year, with 1.35 million units moved. The song also made Nelly a bit more of a household name amongst country fans, although he also recorded the track "Over and Over" with Tim McGraw during 2004.

The short tour will feature a concept somewhat borrowed from Jason Aldean, who Florida Georgia is currently opening for. Aldean will play a series of shows at Major League Baseball stadiums later this year, and Florida Georgia Line will play nearly every show at (somewhat smaller) stadiums this summer. A few dates don't have venues listed yet.

"Last year we played the ballpark in Lexington, Kentucky, and it was an epic night," said Brian Kelley. "We thought how fun would it be to hit several of these and bring the good times to the field."

Chris Lane will also serve as an opening act. The full schedule is below.
