Kari Jobe - Majestic
GRAMMY-nominated worship leader Kari Jobe is looking forward to a busy and productive year based around her upcoming album and live DVD, Majestic, which will release on March 25. The Majestic Tour, featuring Rend Collective, is a big part of those plans.

The new project was recorded live at the historic Majestic Theatre in her hometown of Dallas, Texas and features the refreshing single "Forever" that has already wowed fans on the radio. In addition to the release of Majestic, she will also be releasing her first-ever full-length live concert DVD, which will be a part of the physical deluxe edition of Majestic. The DVD will feature bonus songs in addition to the full concert footage.

In a press release, Kari talked about the new project in glowing terms, saying, "I am so excited about my new album 'Majestic.' My passion in life is to lead worship and help people to connect to the presence of God. Worship changes the atmosphere of our lives and makes us more aware of His presence at work in and through us. I cannot wait for people to connect with these new songs and fill the earth with more worship to our Majestic King."

The co-writers on the album are a veritable who's who of Christian music. Jobe collaborated with Brian Johnson, Chris Tomlin, Jason Ingram, Matt Redman, Paul Baloche, Reuben Morgan and her own band mates to name a few. The finished products are new anthems of worship and very congregational-friendly.

"I wrote for this album for a solid two years and was able to co-write with some friends who absolutely have a heart to write for Church," she shared. "I am very excited for these new songs. And I am really looking forward to the Majestic tour with Rend Collective. We are going to just have a crazy good time in God's presence and worshipping Him together."

Majestic follows her GRAMMY-nominated sophomore album, Where I Find You, a project that released with chart topping street week numbers (#1 and #10 on Billboard's National Christian, Gospel and Top 200 Charts). The radio singles "We Are" and "Steady My Heart" had huge success on AC Monitored and Indicator charts as well as on the National Christian Audience chart. The album also received high praise from a wide range of media outlets from Worship Leader, which called it a "God honoring, prayerful, and passionate release" to the New York Times, which referred to it as a "lovely new album."
