So how would Britney Spears interview you for a job? On yesterday's episode (Sept. 22) of Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick Harris she told them "It's Britney b*tch" to introduce herself to prospective candidates to perform as bodyguards for her Piece Of Me show in at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas with some help from Joe Jonas. Host Neil Patrick Harris bases his show on getting a celebrity to perform embarrassing acts in front of hidden cameras. He explains it as "Here's how it works, we hide a bunch of cameras somewhere and find a celebrity willing to do and say whatever I tell them," in the shows opening.

This episode featured world famous pop star Britney Spears, who was actually surprisingly sweet about the embarrassing acts that Harris instructed her to perform according to Elle. Her task on the show as to interview potential bodyguards for her performances in Las Vegas in extremely strange ways, making several awkward first impressions in the process.

Jonas also helped host Neil Patrick Harris invent with some of the weird behaviors that Spears engaged in - not that she's exactly a stranger to acting like an oddball on camera or in the media.

In her usual fashion, Spears batted her doe eyes and walked the line between fierce and ditzy throughout the episode. The pranks that Britney was supposed to perform on the prospective body-guards went from introducing herself as "the one and only Britney Spears," to "it's Britney b*tch" when they walked through the door and all three appeared dumbfounded by the comments.

She held out her hand to be kissed by one candidate and told another to sit in a bunch of different seats before she could interview him. In the most awkward stunts she asked one of her interviewees to find a so-called "dangerous object" hidden in the auditorium and had one bodyguard dance awkwardly behind her onstage.
