With less than a week until the release of his sophomore artist album Stories, Avicii has unveiled a 16:33 megamix to preview the LP for fans. Getting through the megamix, fans will get a first taste of what is to come from Stories with unlisted features from the likes of Chris Martin, Zac Brown Band, Martin Garrix and many more.
Avicii, real name Tim Bergling, has already released three tracks from the album, "Waiting For Love," which has Martin Garrix listed as a co-producer and Cherry Ghost singer Simon Aldred, who is featured throughout the album. At the beginning of the month, the Swedish producer unveiled two more tracks from the LP "For A Better Day" and "Pure Grinding" with accompanying videos later on directed by Bergling.
Fans hoping to see Avicii perform these songs live in 2015 will be sorely disappointed. He postponed all remaining tour dates for the rest of 2015, which included gigs at his residency in Las Vegas, XS and Encore Nightclub and a few festival shows in Asia. His team blames exhaustion from a busy summer schedule, the pressure of completing the album and directing the two music videos.
