Recently it was revealed that "Wanna Know" rapper Meek Mill's baby mama was arrested for shoplifting at a grocery store. Reports indicate that the mother of Mill's only son, Fahimah Raheem, was arrested after stealing $17.32 in merchandise from a ShopRite grocery store in Philadelphia back in September of 2014. Raheem recently plead guilty to the misdemeanor back on July 22nd under a deal worked out with the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania District Attorney's office.
Bossip reports that in September of 2014, Raheem when into a ShopRite grocery store and was caught on camera stealing two containers of hot food from the store's market place totaling $6.99 apiece as well frozen pineapples from the freezer section totaling $2.50.
To make matters worse, at the time of the theft, Raheem had the Dream Chasers 4 rapper's son as well as her other son with her. The whole scene was captured by the security guard once the surveillance footage was reviewed.
Apparently, Raheem got as far as outside of the store. However, she was quickly tracked down afterwards via the ShopRite Plus card used when she scanned the merchandise she did pay for. When authorities caught up with her, Raheem initially denied being there until police matched up her license to the footage on surveillance.
At that point, Raheem offered to pay for the stolen goods but unfortunately for her, the store wanted to move forward with pressing charges.
As punishment, Raheem had to give the store $17.32 in restitution and do 24 hours of community service, along with being sentenced to two long years of community service for the petty crime. This was not Raheem's first offense as she was caught stealing on two occasions prior back in 2004 and 2010.
Mill is currently dating fellow superstar rapper, Nicki Minaj. The couple was featured in the recent spread for GQ Magazine.
