Sam Smith broke out in a major way with the release of his Grammy-winning debut album In the Lonely Hour, and now the "Writing's on the Wall" singer has announced that he's re-releasing the record that made him a star with a brand new song and extended addition with The Drowning Shadows Edition.
Smith's In the Lonely Hour - Drowning Shadows Edition will be released on Nov. 6 via Capitol Records, according to a press release. In addition to the original 14-track album, the new Smith LP will also feature a brand new song from Smith, "Drowning Shadows" as well as three covers and his collaborations with the likes of Mary J Blige, John Legend and Disclosure.
According to an Instagram post, this will be the last new thing Smith releases before he heads in to the studio for his sophomore album.
