After dealing with celebrity Twitter drama with Nicki Minaj ahead of the 2015 MTV VMAs, Taylor Swift will be handling all future concerns and social media mishaps offline. The pop sensation spoke with NME for its new issue and her misunderstandings with Minaj and Kanye West.

Swift and Minaj rammed heads ealier in the year when the "Wildest Dreams" singer misinterpreted Minaj's harsh criticisms of the MTV VMAs as a jab towards her. When asked to detail the social media inconvenience, Swift was hesitant to elaborate on the story but did offer an alternative to prevent a similar situation in the future.

"I don't want to talk about it," she told NME. "But I send text messages now. If there seems to be some kind of misunderstanding, I go to someone's management, I get their number and I text them. It's an important lesson for anyone to learn in 2015."

According to Billboard, Swift also discuss her blossoming friendship with West over the years and admitted that while the two were hanging out, the rapper announced that he was a fan of Beck's album, Morning Phase, which he took jabs at after beating Beyonce for a Grammy earlier in the year.

"Me and Kanye are on such good terms now, six years later," Swift said. "It took a while... But I had to tell Beck this story earlier. I was at dinner with Kanye a week after the Grammys, he stops what he's saying and he goes, 'What is this song? I need to listen to this every day.' I said, 'It's Beck, it's on an album called 'Morning Phase', I think you've heard of it...' We just burst out laughing. And he says, 'Hey, sometimes I'm wrong.'"
